Custom Boxez

White-label packaging for agencies and the trade

Agency & Trade Packaging

Custom Boxez produces custom printed packaging for branding and creative agencies, packaging designers, print brokers, promotional product companies and resellers across the UK. You keep the client relationship. We handle estimating, dielines, structural advice, proofing, production coordination and delivery, under your name or none where agreed.

Who it is for

Packaging production behind your studio or business

If packaging is part of what you sell but not something you make, we can be the production partner behind it. You bring the client and the creative; we bring the packaging knowledge and the production.

  • Branding, creative and marketing agencies
  • Packaging and product designers
  • Print brokers and print management companies
  • Promotional product and merchandise companies
  • Packaging consultants
  • Resellers and distributors

How we work with you

Your client stays your client

  • Client protection

A client you introduce is yours. We do not approach or market to them, and we deal only with you unless you ask us to speak to them directly, for example to confirm a delivery.

  • White-label where agreed

Proofs, paperwork and deliveries can carry your branding or none at all. We agree the arrangement before the first quotation and keep to it on every order.

  • Estimating and dielines

Send the brief, the product or a rough specification. We return a quotation and a flat dieline your designers can work on, with a structural recommendation where it helps.

  • Structural advice before design

If a different construction, board or closure would suit the product better, we say so before your studio starts artwork, not after the proof.

  • Production and delivery

We coordinate production against the approved specification and check the finished packaging before dispatch. Delivery is included on every order, to you or direct to your client; your quotation confirms the delivery address and timing.

How a partner job runs

From brief to delivery

  • Brief

Share the client brief, the product dimensions and the quantity. A photograph or an existing box is a good starting point.

  • Estimate and dieline

You receive a quotation at the quantities you asked for and a dieline to design on. The structure and board are recommended against the product.

  • Artwork and proof

Your studio lays artwork onto the dieline, or our team prepares it from the client's logo and brand colours. A digital proof is approved before anything is produced.

  • Production

The job is printed, finished, cut and assembled to the approved specification. Tell us the client's required delivery date at the start, and our team will confirm whether the timing is achievable.

  • Delivery and repeat orders

The finished packaging is delivered to you or your client. The approved dieline, artwork and specification are kept on record, so a reorder follows the same specification.

The range

What you can place with us

The full range is available to partners: rigid boxes, mailer boxes, folding cartons, printed corrugated boxes, product, retail and gift packaging, and the inserts that go inside them, in the boards and finishes each product needs. Free Shipping, Free Lamination and No Die Charges apply to partner orders as they do to every order.

  • Rigid boxes: magnetic, lid and base, drawer, book-style, collapsible
  • Mailer boxes and postal boxes
  • Folding cartons and retail packaging
  • Printed corrugated boxes and counter display units
  • Gift and presentation boxes
  • Card, corrugated, greyboard and foam inserts

Getting started

What to send with a partner enquiry

  • The product and its dimensions in millimetres, or the box size if already set
  • The quantity, or two or three quantities to compare
  • Any construction, board or finish the client has in mind
  • Your designer's dieline, if you have one
  • Whether proofs and deliveries should be unbranded or carry your branding
  • The delivery address and the client's required delivery date

Agency & Trade questions

Questions buyers ask

Anything not covered here, put it in the notes on your quote and we will answer it directly.

Ask on your quote

What is white-label packaging?

It is packaging produced by one company and supplied under another's name. For agencies and resellers, it means we produce the boxes while you remain the supplier your client deals with.

Can you work under our name?

Yes, where that is agreed. Proofs, paperwork and deliveries can be unbranded or carry your branding, and we communicate only with you.

Will you contact our client directly?

No. A client you introduce is yours. We deal with you unless you ask us to speak to the client, for example to confirm a delivery.

Can you quote from our designer's dieline?

Yes. Send the dieline and the product dimensions and we will quote against it. If a different structure would suit the product better, we will say so before your studio designs on it.

Can you deliver straight to our client?

Yes. Delivery is included on every order, to you or direct to your client. Your quotation confirms the delivery address and timing.

What is the minimum order for partner jobs?

The minimum order is 50 boxes, the same as for every order. If a job has several designs or sizes, list them on the quote request and we will confirm how the quantities are handled.

How do repeat orders work?

The approved dieline, artwork and specification are kept on record. A reorder follows the same specification at the quantity you need, without re-approving artwork unless something changes.
