Oils and moisture marking the board
Essential oils, butters and glycerine can seep into uncoated board and leave marks through the print, especially in humid conditions. We specify a coated or laminated board where the bar touches the packaging, or recommend wrapping the product first.
Bath bombs crumbling in transit
Bath bombs chip and shed powder if they move inside the box. A close-fitting box or a card insert with a round cut-out holds each one still, and wrapping the bomb before boxing keeps powder off the print.

Handmade soap often suits a kraft sleeve with open ends or a small cut-out, so the scent and texture come through; a laminated white carton keeps the print cleaner for oil-rich bars. Bath bomb boxes
Bath bombs are round, fragile and colourful. A cube carton with a window, a pillow box or a carton with a round card insert holds each one still. Most bath bombs are shrink-wrapped or bagged first to keep moisture off, which leaves the box free to focus on presentation. Multipacks use an insert with a cavity for each bomb.
Body care cartons
Body lotions, body washes, scrubs and butters come in bottles, tubes and jars that suit a reverse tuck or crash lock carton sized to the container. The back panel carries ingredients and directions, and a consistent layout across the range makes it easy to add new products.
Bath and body gift sets
Gift sets combining soap, bath bombs and a lotion suit a rigid lid and base box or a printed mailer with a card insert that has a place for each item. The box is usually a gift in itself, so a heavier wrap, a foil logo and a printed interior are worth considering for seasonal sets.
Shower steamers and bath salts
